
Getting Setup with One Network
- Step 1: Please ensure you have completed Onboarding with One Network.
- Step 2: Choose whether your company will provide shipment status updates via Mobile App or EDI.

- Learn how to download the Mobile App here.
- If you choose to setup EDI connectivity:
- Please review and sign the Carrier Integration Amendment Agreement, which can be downloaded here.
- You can also review the EDI technical specifications below.
- Step 3: Complete System Integration and User Training
- If your company will be setting up EDI to automate your shipment status updates in One Network, please ensure you have provided the appropriate technical resources to configure and test your EDI integration. Please allow up to three weeks of testing prior to go-live.
- If your company will be providing shipment status updates via the Carrier Mobile App, please ensure all required users have received access and training.
- Step 4: Provide Rate and Route Information
- This information will be gathered by a regional representative prior to a region’s go-live.
- Step 5: Go-Live!

Operational Requirements
Once you are live please make sure your teams are trained on the following:
Reviewing Tenders
Tenders MUST be accepted or rejected within 5 minutes of tender (if not on Auto-Accept)/
Working with Tenders
Configuring Auto Accept
Providing Origin/Delivery Updates
Updates MUST be in real-time
Sending Status Updates via Portal
Sending Status Updates via Mobile App
Reviewing/Updating Invoices
ALL updates for pick up and delivery MUST be completed before an invoice can generate for payment
